Faculty
As a teacher, Katherine like to focus on “precise, clean technique that is balanced by fluid and meaningful artistry.”
“I believe in the importance of building not just physical stamina but also developing mental endurance by cultivating a mindset dedicated to growth and resilience,” she says.
“Moreover, it is my hope to empower dancers to find within themselves the strength to achieve their goals through consistent hard work and a positive attitude.”
Katherine had been a faculty member of The Washington School of Ballet, where she taught for both the Upper Division (Levels 6-8) and the Professional Training Division. Aside from teaching ballet classes, she also provided private coaching in Pointe and Repertoire.
Worldwide Ballet Class
In 2020, she was invited to join the stellar international faculty of the online ballet teaching platform, Worldwide Ballet Class, where she specializes in giving intermediate ballet classes and pointe work to a global audience that includes students, pre-professional, and professional dancers.
